1. How to make your reservation:

2. Deposit & Final Payment:
A non-refundable deposit of $200 (Land package)/ $400 (Cruise) per person is required at time of booking.  No prices are confirmed until payment is received.  If additional deposit are required, you will be notified at time of booking.  These additions maybe for Holiday times, airfare and other special occasions or supplier requirements.
Final payment will be due no later than 60 days prior to travel (any earlier deadlines will be advised at time of deposit.  If deposit is not received by due date, we reserve the right to cancel booking and keep the non-refundable deposit.  Bookings made within 60 days of travel, will require payment in full to secure reservation.  In the case of computer or human billing or invoice error, we reserve the right to amend and send corrected invoice. 

Payments may be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or agency check..  The name on the card must match the name of the passengers traveling.  Our acceptance of this credit card or payment  indicates the passengers acceptance of all terms and conditions and their compliance.

3. Revision and Cancellation fees:
A $25.00 per transaction will be assessed for any change or revision made to reservation before 60 days. A change of departure date within 60 days of departure will be treated as a cancellation and cancellation charge will apply.
For individual bookings, the following per person cancellation fees apply.

• More than 60 days prior to departure: a non-refundable deposit will be retained.
• 60 – 21 days prior to departure: 25% of total price
• 20 – 07 days prior to departure: 50% of total price
• Within 07 days prior to departure: 100% of total price

No refund or reduction will be made to passengers whose breaks the journey regardless of the portions of the itinerary unused and failed to secure valid travel documents such as passport or visas.

Airline tickets once ticketed maybe non refundable.  A revision will incur the revision fee plus any airline imposed penalty.  This penalty maybe up to 100% of the ticket and the new ticket  issued at current rate at the time of revision.

4. Great Saving Program:
Group party of 4 passengers travel together save 2.5%
Group party of 6-9 passengers travel together save 5%
Group party of 10 passengers or more travel together will have big saving! Please call your travel agent to get more detail.

Children Discounts:
Under 2 years old: free of charge (no meal, no bed)
Children 2-12 years old:

• Without extra bed 70% off adult fare
• With extra bed 22% off adult fare

(Discounts apply for land only. Some discount has restricted and not combinable)

5. Price Guarantee:
Prices are subject to increase without notice if such rates change prior to departure. However, once V’ Explore Tours has received your deposit, the land price is guaranteed. Airfares included as part of booking prices are guaranteed when we received the full air payment.
All prices based on double occupancy. Single room supplements and triple room reductions are listed where applicable. Not all accommodation types are available on all vacations.

6. Passports and Visas:
For vacations requiring visas for US citizens, detailed visa form will be mailed, email or faxed. You are responsible for obtaining and payment of all visas and entry documents prior to travel. All passengers traveling internationally are required to have a passport and have valid for at least six (6) months beyond the conclusion of your trip. Multiples entries visa are required for some vacations. You will need to check with your consulate to verify all requirements.

7. Travel Documents:
Travel documents, including any paper air tickets or e-tickets itineraries, are sent by overnight mail approximately 21 days prior to departure, provided full payment has been received.
Bookings made within 60 days of travel may require an addition of expedited handling fees. You will be advised of any at time of booking.

8. Safety:
Please be aware that during your vacations operated by V’ Explore Tours, certain risks may arise beyond our control including, but not limited to, the hazards of traveling in undeveloped areas; travel by boat, train, aircraft, or other means of transportation; the forces of nature; terrorism; and illness in remote regions without means of rapid evacuation or medical facilities. V’ Explore Tours will not have liability regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be rendered. It is understood that we will use its best efforts to ensure that adequate measures are taken.

9. Responsibility:
V’ Explore Tours acts only in the capacity of an agent for purveyors of transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodations. We are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the passengers, including those occurring outside of the touring programs. Additional expense incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disasters, political actions and unrest must be borne by the traveler. Participation on any tours implies full agreement to the above conditions by all parties involved.
It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all documents, including names and dates.  This information should be confirmed at time of reservation. Your providing payments indicated that all information is accurate and agreed to by all parties.
